say my say my name

haha i am in a real random mood,
and be warned that my post has nothing to do with the title of my post.
haha, they always change my suggested headlines, so i figure they are never good enough anyway ke ke ke.

look at me, blogging instead of writing out my monthly PI logbook entry.
haha, at least this month i have written down things that i have learnt!
but really, the learning curve is pretty damn steep.
and i am glad.

i think swine flu news is getting old.
and no matter what you change the name to (Influenza A (H1N1)), people are just gonna call it swine flu.
anyway, well, i am glad that the govt is taking such precautions, but i dont think these precautions need to be covered so extensively.

but either way, i do hope it does not hit our shores.

i know that during the sars time, everything was just a blur cos we were 16 and nothing seemed to matter.
i actually went for a party when school was shut.
the awareness and the panic levels were low, at least in people my age.
actually even now, i think people dont really know the facts or care much, but they are just taking the lead from media coverage and deeming it as a BIG deal/

anyway on a lighter note, my long weekend was well-spent.
went over to kavitha's and we did some good catching up! abandoning the movies we were supposed to watch. :)
and then on saturday, went for a wedding and then to a club with my sisters.
been soo long since i danced to tamil songs.
was real fun!

my sisters are my best clubbing partners, cos pardon me, it just helps that they don't need to get high to have fun!
no offence at all intended at anyone else.

i only had 6 hours of sleep, and then played badminton with the SIM peeps for 2 hours, went home, rested for like an hour, and then went back to play badminton with my dad for an hour.

then got home, took a shower and headed down to have durians! shiok. (:
and then, when i was half asleep, they decided to go to mustafa!
gosh.
i really had to force myself not to sleep standing, or walking.

i am holding off any illness, alth the sneezes are coming.
hard not to when people in the office are sniffing.

well, here's to zai's berocca, hot water and sleep!
