before i leave

haha no, not the blogging world, although it doesnt actually matter.
it's before i leave work.

i am actually waiting for this girl, Kimberly, cos she's going to drive near my place, and leaving in about ten.
lucky me.

some things i have been wanting to blog about
-singaporeans are actually a lot more gracious than they are given credit for.
that day when my sis and i entered the train with Rayn, three 2 ppl gave up their seats so that my sis and i could sit with Rayn. and there was never a time when i entered the train alone with Rayn that i wasnt offered a seat. and i see so many people offering seats, whether Priority seat or not. i think it is unfair to point fingers at a whole society when it is only a handful who taint the name of Singaporeans in general.
-work!haha. well well, how's it been going, really? well, i had a really scary experience, which in a nutshell, involves a fella calling me and telling me that he is not happy with me, asking me for my name, and making it seem as if he was gonna complain to my bosses; that was just on my SECOND day. imagine the terror. many thanks to Amelia and Cheryl for calming me down! Amelia is a heaven-sent senior from CS who is at Newsdesk too, she told me not to worry about it. and Cheryl, she just told me to stop obsessing over it. it actually.. worked. haha. pretty good feeling seeing my byline. now i am officially, even to those who dont know me, a Baker. haha.too early to say how i feel, but i think my adrenaline has been working quite a bit.
-Rayn!well, with work and all, surely gonna be seeing him less. quite a heartache. but i still do see him! it is like one of those things. he makes a tired soul un-tired.but still, gosh, sometimes, all i need to do is to think of him to smile, no matter how stressed i am. i thank God, my sis and amin for this. and amin, if you happen to be reading this, i love you!
-having a life. dont really have one at the moment, cos it is hard to fix appointments, cos things are unpredictable. quite sad there, cos i cant play in the captains ball competition this yr. partly cos i cant go for trainings, but also because i dont know if i can even make it on the competition day, seeing as it is that i am indian and have no reason to take leave on CNY, unless i am secretly married to a Chinese man. met up with Val, Jun and Wanyu on Monday night. was ohsogood to meet up with them!and on the shopping front, i need to go working clothes shopping!
